When the burdens of homeownership become too much to manage in traditional neighborhoods, our community offers a solution. All Independent Living residents at Parkview on Hollybrook live in beautifully designed Independent Living apartments to call their own.
We provide one- and two-bedroom pet-friendly units, each with a kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Our two-bedroom apartments also have a dining area, while both offer a quaint balcony or patio.
How We Keep You Safe
Safety is a major consideration in our community, whether you’re joining us in Independent Living or another of our living programs. We provide maintenance-free living, engaging activities, social opportunities, and support. Our residents can also access third-party service providers when required.
2. What Services Can I
Access?
Independent Living residents have access to a variety of services, including weekly linen and housekeeping services, scheduled local transportation, apartment upkeep and repairs, and chef-prepared meals every day. We go the extra mile to help our residents maintain their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being.
3. Where Will I Live?
We provide two housing options: one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. Our one-bedroom units have a kitchen, living area, and bathroom, with a balcony or patio; our two-bedroom units have two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a balcony or patio.
4. Do I Have to Cook?
Independent Living residents have kitchens in their own private homes, enabling them to prepare their own meals and snacks. However, we also prepare three meals every day, served in our beautiful indoor and outdoor dining areas. We welcome and encourage our Independent Living residents to dine with us.
